The Easter season celebrates Christ’s resurrection from the dead, his victory over death. Christ’s Ascension into heaven is celebrated on the 7th Sunday after Easter (May 29). Also referred to as Eastertide, the Easter season is the period of 50 days, spanning from Easter Sunday (April 17) to Pentecost Sunday (June 5), where Jesus sends the Holy Spirit upon the apostles to spread the Gospel to all nations. May the joy of the Risen Lord bless you and your family this Easter Season. Click the picture for more information.
